Celery 1 Nos

Red bell pepper 2 nos
1 pinch of crushed black pepper
chopped garlic 1 spoon
Thyme 1 small spoon
Salt to taste
1 large spoon lemon juice Olive oil 1 large spoon
To make a delicious roasted Salmon dish First, wash the salmon pieces thoroughly. Then take the Salmon’s Piece in a bowl.
Now add lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper, thyme, finely chopped garlic and olive oil over the salmon and marinate well. After marinating, place the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
We put our salmon to be marinated by then we prepare the rest of the necessary items to roast the salmon.
First, cut the carrots, leeks, celery and onions into a slightly larger size. Then take all the chopped vegetables in a baking tray.
Now add a little salt, a little olive oil, a little pepper, a little finely chopped garlic, butter and a little thyme over the chopped vegetable and mix the whole vegetable well.
After 30 minutes, take out the salmon from the freeze and place it on the vegetable tray and then put to roast in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remember that the oven is preheated so that it is easy to roast. So keep the oven turned on for at least 15 minutes before roasting.
Without oven method
If you do not have an oven, then there is no need to take tension. We can grill salmon in non stick pan also.
For that you have to take a non stick pan and place the pan on the gas burner.
Now put the prepared vegetable mixer in a non stick pan and make a little space between the vegetables and put the salmon
cover with a lid and let it cook on low flam . In the middle, if you want you can even flip the Salmon. By the time the salmon is ready, we start making the sauce.
To make the sauce, first roast the red bell pepper in the oven or on top of the gas sula.
After the capsicum is roasted, you leave the skin and seed from the roasted bell pepper and keep the remaining capsicum in a bowl.
Once the salmon is ready, take all the vegetables you have made with salmon on a jar of a grinder.
Now add the roasted red capsicum with cooked vegetables in the same mixer grinder.
Now grind the whole vegetable by adding a little salt and olive oil.
After grinding the whole vegetable it will become a sauce. Which we can call Vegetable coolie.

Before plating, clean a white plate thoroughly. After that, garnish the prepared sauce and put it on top of the plate. After adding the sauce, now place the piece of salmon on top of the sauce.
