Total Preparation time-45 minutes# Ingredients for Fish (2 portion)—
* Boneless fish 400 gram
* Mustard sauce 1 tblspn
* Salt to taste
* Olive oil 2 tblspn
* Crush black pepper 1 tspn
* Lemon juice 1 tblspn
* Parsley (chopped) 2 tblspn
* Refine flour(maida) 2 tblspn
* Garlic (chopped) 1 tblspn
* Egg 1 nos# Ingredients for Lemon butter sauce —
* Lemon juice 2 tblspn
* Buter (unsalted) 100 ml
* Parsley chopped 1 tspn
* salt to taste
* Black pepper crush 1/2 tspn

# Saute Vegetable for accompaniments
* Carrot 1 nos
* French bean 10 nos
* Zucchini ( yellow Or Green ) 1 nos
* Bell pepper( red & yellow ) 1 nos

# Ingredients for Mash potato* Potato(normal size) 2 nos
* Butter (unsalted) 1 tblspn
* Cream(regular) 2 tblspn

METHOD

= Boneless fish aap koi sa bhi le sakte hein jese King fish, Basa fish, Pomfret, Bhetki etc. par mein Basa lene ke liye suggest karunga, kyu ki Basa asani se kahi bhi kisi bhi market mein mil jate hein.
= Pehle aap 400 gram fish ko atse se 4 piece mein cut lijiye. aise cut lijiye taki charo pieces dekhne mei ek jeisa ho. Aab ek bowl mein fish ke pieces ko le lete hein, usme thoda namak thoda sa black pepper crush thoda lemon juice or last mein thoda sa oil de kar marinate karke side me rakh diya. ya to hum fish ko freeze mei bhi rakh sakte hein.ek dusra bowl mei oil le liya or usme mustard sauce add karke mixture atse se bit kar liya. kamse kam 2 se 3 minute bit karna hein ta ki mixture ek saucy form me aah jaye. mixture ready hone ke bad usme salt, black pepper,chopped parsley, chopped garlic, lemon juice add karke atse se mix kar liya.
= abhi usi mixture mei ek egg or refine flour add karke again atse se mix kar lete hein. or ho geya hamara fish ka marination ready.Fish ke pieces ko freeze se nikal kar uske upper ready kiya huwa mixture atse se laga dete hein or dhayan rakhiyega ki atse se mixture lag jaye taki mixture fish mei atse se lag jaye or khanae me bohot tasty ho.
= to saliye aab hum log saute vegetable or mash potato ready karte hai. Pehle ham pure vegetables ko atse se clean kar ke dho liya or uske bad carrot, beans, zucchini, bell pepper ko triangle shape me cut lete hein or potato ka bhi silka nikal kar chote chote tukdo mein cut lete hein. ham aab ek sauce pan mei pani ubal ne ke liye betha diya, pani ubal ne bad usme triangle cut kiya huwa carrot or beans ko dal dene hein. lekin itna dhyan dijiyega ki vegetable jada boil na ho jaye. Kyu ki foreigner log vegetable full boil khana pasand nehi karte hein. carrot or beans ko kamse kam 30 second boiling pani me boil karne ke bad zucchini ko dal kar stain kar lena hein. stain karne ke sang hi sang vegetables ke upper thanada pani dal dijiyega lekin. Ek grilling frying pan ya to normal non-stick pan ko garam hone ke liye gas burner ke uppar betha diya. garam hone ke bad burner ka flame thoda slow kar dena hei ta ki pan jada garam na ho jaye or uske bad thoda sa oil dal kar garam hone dete hei.
= Oil garam hone ke bad fish ke pieces ko atse se pan me grill hone ke liye rakh dena hein. jab ek side atse se pak jayega tab palat dijiye. Jab tak Fish pak jate hei tab tak hum log saute vegetable or mash potato ko fully ready kar lete hein.

Mash potato ready hone ke bad non-stick pan ko atse se saf kar lena hei. Pan ko saf karne ke bad aab hum pan ko garam hone ke liye burner ke upper rakh dete hein. frying Pan garam hone ke bad thoda sa olive oil or thoda sa butter dal kar garam hone dijiye. oil or butter ka mixture garam hone ke bad aab usme boil kiya huwa carrot, beans or zucchini ko dal deta hu. sath hi sath cut kiya huwa bell pepper bhi dal deta hu. swad anusar salt or thoda sa black pepper crush dal kar atse se saute kar leta hu. wow kitna mast flavor aah raha hei.lo ho geya hamara saute vegetable ready.

= Sauce banane ke liye pehle hum tomato ko atse se dho lete hein.Aab hum ek sauce pan mei pani boil hone ke liye burner ke upper rakh dete hein. pani boil hone ke bad hum usme thoda salt dal dijiye or tomato ko boil hone ke dal dijiye. lekin yeh yad rakhna hein ki tomato ko boil me dalne se pehle tomato ke upper ka hisse mei cross karke thoda kat lena hein ta ki silka asani se nikal jaye. hume tomato ko tab tak hi boil karna he jab tak ki tomato ka silka nikal na jaye. silka nikal ne ke bad sabhi boil kiya huwa tomato ko stain kar lete hei. or stain karne ke sang hi sang thanda pani dalna hein ta ki tomato jaldi thanda ho jaye or basa huwa silka bhi nikal ne me asan ho jaye. silka nikal ne ke bad hum abb boil kiya huwa tomato ko chopped kar lete hein.chooped hone ke bad usko abhi ke liye side mei rakh dijiye.
= Aaab hum pehle ekk non-stick pan ya to sauce pan garam kar lete hei. garan hone ke bad usme thoda sa oil dal kar garam hone ke liye chor dijiye. oil garam ho jane ke bad aab chopped onin, chopped garlic, thyme, chopped celery, chopped leek, bay leaf or crush kiya huwa black pepper dal kar atse se bhun lena hein. tab tak bhun lena hein jab tak pura mixture brown color ka ho na jaye. mixture brownish color ka ho jane ke bad aab hum usme chopped kiya huwa tomato ko pura dal denge. aap sahe to tomato ka seed nikal kar bhi tomato chopped kar sakte hein ya bina nikal kar bhi kar sakte. jesa apko atse lage aap kar sakte hein. mene seed nikal kar hi chopped kar liya.tomato dalne ke bad pure mixture ko atse se thoda samay pakne dijiye. Thoda samay pakne ke bad aab hum mixture mei salt or basil dal kar thoda samay ke liye or pakne dete hein, tab tak hum vegetables ready kar lete hein.
= pehle onion ka silka nikal lete hei, uske bad sabhi vegetables ko atse se dho lijiye. dhone ke bad hume vegetables ko thoda mota slice ke size me cut kar lena hei. vegetables cut hone ke bad usme salt, balck pepper crush, olive oil, chopped garlic or thyme dal kar atse se mix kar lijiye.mix karne ke bad sabhi vegetable ko aap saheto oven me 180 degree Celsius me 15 minute ke liye bake bhi kar sakte hei ya to aap non-stick pan me grill bhi kar sakte hei. Bake karna sahate ho to aap itna yad rakhiyega ki oven pre-heated ho nehi to thoda jada time lag jayega.
