Aise to har koi biryani khana pasand karta hei or sabko biryani khana atsa bhi lagta hei, lekin bohot kam log hi birani ka pise ki kahani jante hei.
To saliye aaj mei aap logo ko batata hu  biryni ke kus majedar bate.
Birani sabd mul rup se persian bhasa se li geyi hei. Persian bhasa mughal,afgan or turki se bharat me ane wale sasoko ke darwar ka adhikarik bhasa hua karta tha. Biryani sabd ka namakaran persian sabd “biryan” ya “beriya” sabd se hua hei jiska matlab bhunna ya sekna hota hei.
Biryani ka janm kaha hua tha iski kisiko bhi atse se pata nehi hei lekin manna hei ki uttari bharat ke sehar delhi,lachnow or aise kai soti soti sehero mei se iski prasar hua tha. kisi mahan bidyano ka manna hei ki biryani mughalo ke sath uttari bharat me or arabia bepariyo ke sath dakshin bharat me aya tha.dakshin bharat mei bhi biryani ka prasar bohot hota hei.
kisi kisi ka manna hei ki sahi mughal babarshi khano mei biryani ko persian benjon pilaf or bharat ke sthaniya masaledar sawal se bane benjono ko milakar banaya geya tha. 16 wi sadi me likha geya mughal dastabez “Ain-E-Akbari” ke anusar biryani or pulao me koi antar malum nehi hei iske anusar biryani bharat mei pehle se hi prasalit tha.
kisi kisi k anusar biryani dakshin bharatiya mul ka khana hei jo arab bepariyo ne laya geye pilaf ke anek prakar par adharit hei.
biryani banane ke liye aam tor par deshi ghee,jaifal,jabitri,kali mirch, long,dalchini, elaich,tezpatta, dhaniya, pudina, adrak, lahsoon, or pyaz ka upoyog kiya jata hein. biryani chicken,mutton,seafood or kai sijo ke sath banaya jata hei. Biryani aam tor par chutney, raita, korma, curry, anda, salad ke sath parosa jata hei. biryani hamesa basmati sawal ka hi banaya jata hei kyu ki basmati sawal se khusbudar or lajij biryani tayar hota hein.
