* Chicken ( with bone or without bone )       300 gm
* Coriander powder                                           1 tsp
* Turmeric powder                                            1 tsp
* Red chilly powder                                          1 tsp
* Cumin powder                                                1 tsp
* Ginger garlic paste                                         1 tbsp
* Cornstarch                                                      2 tbsp
* Oil for frying
* Mustard seed                                                  1 tsp
* Cumin seed                                                    1 tsp
* Curry leaves                                                   1 spring
* Garlic chopped                                               1 1 tsp
* Green chilly paste                                          1 tbsp
* Yogurt                                                            1 tbsp
* Coriander leaves for garnish
* Salt to taste


* Pehle aap chicken ko chota chota dice cut lijiye uske bad ek bowl mei salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste or cornstarch ke sath chicken ko acche se mix kar lijiye.
* Uske bad ek pan me oil heat hone dijiye. oil heat hone ke bad chicken ke pices ko oil me acche se fry kar lijiye golden hone tak. fry hone ke bad chicken ke pices ko ek plate me rakh dijiye.
* Aab ek pan me thoda sa oil dijiye or usme mustard seed, cumin seed, curry leaves dal ke thoda futne dijiye. abhi garlic chopped, green chilly paste, yogurt, red chily powder dal ke mixture ko thoda saute kar lijiye.
* Aab bhune huwe mixture me chicken ke pices ko dal dijiye or acche se mix kar lijiye ta ki masala chicken ke pices par acche se lag jaye.
* Last me coriander leaves se garnish kar ke garma garm serve kijiye.
