Weight barhne ka problem kisi ko bhi paresan kar dete hein. koi koi to aisa bhi sochta hein ki sayad khana kam karke khane se patla ho jayega. jiske liye kuch log khana kam kar khana suru karte hein lekin result kuch bhi nehi milta or na hi bajan kam hota hein or aisa karne se bohot bori nuksan hota hein or to or admi komjor bhi ho jata hein. koi brekfast kam karke khate to koi lunch nehi karte , or koi sham ka nasata nehi karte or koi rat ko ek ya do roti kha ke so jate hein jo bohot kharab hota hein apne health ke liye. sahi or atse nasta karne se apka health atse to rahte hi hein sath hi sath apka weight ko bhi control mein rakhta hein jo apne liye atsa bhi hota hein. ais abohot khana hein jo apka khane ko atsa karne ke sath sath apka weight or helth ko bhi atsa karne mein help karta hein.

1. Oats Upma

Ingredients(samagri):

* 1 cup oats

* 2 tblspn carrot chopped

* 2 tblspn onion chopped

* 2 tblspn bean chopped

* Salt to taste

* 1 tblspn olive oil

* 1 tspn mustard seed

* 20-25 nos. Curry Patta

* 1 tblspn chana dal

* 1 cup water

* 1 tblspn chopped coriander

* 1/2 tblspn chopped green chilly

Method (banane ka budhi):

# Pehle ek frying pan me olive oil dal Kar garam hone dijiye.

# oil garam hone ke bad usme mustard seed dal kar use futne dijiye.

# mustard seed futne ke had uske sath curry Patta or chana dal mix Karke atse se bhun lijiye.

# Aab kata huwa carrot, Onion, beans dal Kar thoda or bhun lijiye.

# Atse se sab bhunne ke bad oats or green chillu ko usme dal dijiye or sath hi sath salt dal Kar atse se mix Kar lijiye.

# Aab thoda sa water dal Kar thoda samay atse se pakne dijiye.

# Pakne ke bad uske uper coriander dal Kar garama garam oats upma ka Maja lijiye.

Oats upma ek atsa dish hone ke sath sath ek healthy heavy dish bhi hein jo apke vukh kam karne sath sath apka health ke liye bhi bhot faidemon hein.

2. Ginger & Mint Tonic

Ingredients(samagri):

* 1 tblspn chopped mint

* 50 grm ginger

* 2 tblspn lemon juice

* 1 tspn black salt

* 1 glass water

* 1 tblspn suger

Method (banane ka bidhi):

# Ek jug me 1 glass pani le lijiye.

# Aab ginger ko atse se wash kar ke uska juice nikal lijiye.

# Uske bad pani ke sath ginger ka juice, chopped mint, lemon juice, black salt, suger aad karke atse se mix kar dijiye.

# ho geya apka ginger & mint tonic ready.

ginger & mint tobic health ke liye bohot atsa hein sath hi sath yeh fat kam karne me bhi helo karta hein.

3. Banana & Hiney Milk Shake

Ingredients(samagri):

* 2 nos. banana

* 1 tblspn honey

* 1 glass milk

Method (banane ka bidhi):

# Ek mixture grinder ke jar me milk, banana or honey ko ek sath dal kar atse se mix kar lijiye or uske bad ho geya apka banana & honey milk shake ready.

Banana & honey milk shake ko agar aap subah ke samay peeye to jada faidemon rahega. Aisa nehi ki aap isko sirf subah hi pee sakte hein aap kisi bhi usko pi sakte hein par subah peene se jada faidemon hota hein.

4. Grilled Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients(samagri):

* 250 grm chicken ka breast (dice cut)

* 1 nos. broccoli

* 2 tblspn olive oil

* salt for taste

* 1 tspn thyme

* 1 tblspn chopped garlic

Method (banane ka bidhi):

# Chicken ke pieces ko ek bowl me le lijiye.

# Aab uske sath olive oil, salt, thyme or garlic add karke atse se mix kar lijiye.

# Uske bad Chicken ko 1 ghante ke liye freezer par rakh dijiye.

# Aab broccoli ko dice cut ke garam psni boil kar lijiye.

# 1 ghante ke bad chicken ko freezer se nikal kar ek grilling pan me oil dal kar atse grill kar lijiye.

# chicken grill hone ke bad ek plate ya kisi bartan me nikal kar rakh diniye.

# Aab usi frying pan me thoda sa olive oil dal dijiye.

# oil garam hone ke bad thoda sa chopped garlic dal kar thoda samay garlic ko atse se bhun lijiye.

# Uske bad usme boiled kiya huwa broccoli ko dal kar thoda samay saute kar lijiye.

# Aab usme grilled kiya huwa chicken ko dal kar atse mix kar lijiye .or ho geya apka healthy and tasty grilled chicken with broccoli ready.

Is dish ko aap thanda karke salad ke tor pe bhi kha sakte hein. or is dish ko rat ko 2 ya 3 chapati ke sath khane se jada faidemon hoga.

5. Vegetable Rice Noodles

Ingredients(samagri):

* 200 gram rice noodles

* 1/2 cup carrot (julien cut)

* 1/4 cup green beans (julien cut)

* 1/4 cup onion (julien cut)

* 1/2 cup red and yellow bellpepper

* 1/4 cup green peas (hara mattar)

* 2 tblspn sesame oil

* salt for taste

* 1/2 tea spoon white pepper powder.

* 1 tblspn chopped garlic

* 1 tblspn chopped ginger

* 2 tblspn lemon juice

Method (banane ka bidhi):

# Pehle ek sauce pan me pani dal kar halka garam hone dijiye.

# pani halka garam hone ke bad usme rice noodles dal kar sauce pan ko side me rakh kar rice noodles ko boil hone ke liye rakh dijiye.

# noodles boil hone ke thanda pani dal kar usko atse se stain kar lijiye nehi to ek stainer par rakh kar pani ko atse se nikal ne dijiye.

# Aab ek pan garam karke usme sesame oil dal dijiye.

# oil garam hone ke bad usme chopped ginger or chopped garlic dal kar thoda samay bhun lijiye.

# Ginger or Garlic ko atse se bhunne ke bad usme kata huwa onion, carrot, green beans, bell pepper or green peas ko dal kar pure mixture ko atse se saute kar lijiye.

# Mixture ko atse se saute karne ke bad usme boil kiya huwa rice noodles ko add kar dijiye.

# Aab swad anusar salt dal dijiye or uske bad me white pepper powder or lemon juice dal kar atse se mix kar lijiye.

# yeh yad rakhiyega ki noodles dalne ke bad pure mixture ko jada waqt aag ke upper mat rakhiye nehi to noddles over boil ho jayega or khane me maja mehi ayega.

Rice Noodles with vegetable ek atse or healthy thai dish hein jo apko swast bhi rakhta hein or sath hi sath ek majedar dish ke rup me bhi taiyar hota hein jo khane me bohot tasty hota hei.
