Paneer khana jitna majedar lagta hein utna hi usko banane ka tarika bhi majedar hein. mein jab chota tha tabhi se mujhe paneer khana atsa lagta hein. specially ma ka hath se banaya huwa mattar paneer. paneer ek aisa siz hei jo aap kisi bhi samay kha sakte hein. paneer health ke liye bhi bohot faide mon hota hein.healthy isliye hota hein kyu ki paneer baneka major ingredints milk hota hein jo hame bohot calcium and protin pradan karte hein. bohot type ki milk se paneer banaya jata hein jese cow milk, goat milk, camel milk etc.
to saliye aaj mei ap logo ko paneer kese banaye jate hein asan tarike se batata hu.
250 grm Paneer banane ke liye pehle ek sucepan mein 1 ltr milk boil hone dijiye. milk boil hone ke bad usko thoda thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye.
dudh ka tempreture jab 30 degree Celsius to 35 degree Celsius hoga tab milk mein nimbu ka rash nehi to thoda vinegar dal dijiye or thoda samay milk ko stir karte rahiye.
milk fuat jane ke bad aap ek markin kapre mein fata huwa milk ko stain kar lijiye. markin kapre mein bache huwe fate dudh ki sane ko atse se ek gath laga kar kisi jagah par latka ke rakh dijiye, ta ki basa huwa pani dhire dhire nikal jaye. aise aap kamse kam 1 ghanta rakh dijiye.
1 ghante ke bad app bandha huwa fate milk ko ek trai ya kisi plain bartan mein rakh kar uske upar kisi bhari saman nehi to gamle mein pani dal kar uske upar rakh dijiye. kamse kam aise 2 se 3 ghanta rakh dene ke bad apka paneer taiyar hojayega.
aap sahe to milk fatne ke samay milk ke sath apke pasand ki kuch bhi saman add kar sakte hein jese mirchi, haldi, dhania, pudina or bohot kuch.jo apke atse lagte hein woh add kar dijiye or usi flavour ka panner apke liye taiyar ho jayega.

4. paneer steak
5. paneer roll
6. paneer pokoda etc.
